Kabir was nominated for the award by the management team at the store he has worked in since it opened, in recognition of his positive attitude and willingness to go over and above what is required of him.
Kabir’s managers said:
“Through personal circumstances, Kabir is only able to pick in the stock room, however he remains focused on being the best that he can be. He picks at driven pace, often on his own, ensuring that customers receive their items in a timely manner. A true example of being the best you can be.”
Kabir was chosen as the West Midlands regional winner and he received a certificate and £50 gift credit.
