Client survey - July 2020

At Rehab Without Walls we know that our clients, are at the heart of everything we do. Our whole team is committed to making sure that we provide our clients with the best case management service we can, for however long they need us. To ensure that we are doing this, it is important that we take time to find out what they think we are doing well and also if there are any areas where they feel we could do better.

Earlier this year we put together a short survey specifically for our clients, which they could answer anonymously, with support from family members if needed.

The 5 questions covered some of the most important aspects of case management, and we asked our clients to give us a satisfaction rating for each area. We also invited them to leave any comments they wanted to add, either to expand on their answers or to feed back on anything they felt the survey didn’t cover.

We were thrilled with the overwhelmingly positive response we received!
