On 21st May, the Rehab Without Walls case management team gathered remotely for a virtual training session on outcome measures, delivered by Jill Kings, Clinical Director of Neural Pathways – renowned neurorehabilitation specialists and one of our Active Care Group sister companies.
The Personal Health Outcomes Project, developed for case management companies in the Active Care Group by Jill and RWW Consultant Neuropsychologist, Dr Neil Brooks, looks at using the right outcome measures, at the right time and in the right way, to help us help our clients to achieve their potential, whatever that means to them.
The adapted remote delivery worked brilliantly and there was still the opportunity for interactive working, with the team breaking off into small groups to discuss various scenarios.
